Johannes Malmah, economic fighter of the Economic Freedom Fighter (EF), said the South African economy will have to be disrupted for the transition and strengthening of black people.
He was speaking at a party consultant meeting with financial players on Friday.
The party's meeting with various sections of the society is going on when the party's manifesto is being formulated for the 2019 elections.
Malmala says the country needs to build a strong financial sector.
"We must break it down so we should be very brave and we should not be invested in the economy, we need to empower the black people."
