Harvey Weinstein faces a decisive day in court

In Thursday's New York courtroom, Winnestine expects that he will have a major repatriation hearing in his criminal case.

In 2013, a woman was accused of raping a woman in a New York hotel room, and in 2006 her oral sex complaint was lodged to another woman in the Manhattan apartment.

He faced five criminal charges: Two times the number of violent sexual assault, the count of criminal sexual work in first degree and the first degree rape and third degree rape count. Winnestay is not guilty.

Here we take a look at how we came here.

Accused surface

On October 5, 2017, The New York Times published a long story related to numerous allegations of sexual harassment by Weinstein. Ashley Judd was among the accused, publicly declaring her first publicly acclaimed high-profile actress.

Wainstein said that he was sorry for his behavior and "pain" at the time, although he did not accept any criminal action.

He then announced the absence of his film company The Weinstein Company. But after three days he was fired from the company that he co-founded with his brother Bob Weinstein in 2005.

Two days later, Ronan Ferro published an explosive story in The New Yorker, which included new accusations of harassment and rape against Weinstein. Gwyneth Palto, Angelina Jolie and other famous actresses came forward with new accusations in The New York Times.

On October 14, the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences removed Waynestein from her membership. American Directors Guild, America's Producers Guild and the British Academy of Film and Television Arts All follow.

Georgina Chapman, 2007, Winnstein's wife announced that she is leaving her husband. The pair has two children.

Over the next few days, women in Hollywood proceeded with their allegations against Venstein, including Lena Haydie, Lauren Holly, Alice Evans, Lizette Anthony, Lupita Neongo and Rose McGowan.

Working in the movie about Child Art Sexual Abuse, including Chan 'Tattam – actors prevented the development projects developing with The Weinstein Company. Harvard University announced that it was reinstating Winnstein's Du Bois Medal, which was awarded to him in 2014.

The investigation begins

In October 2017, based on the alleged sexual assault, the Los Angeles Police Department began investigating possible criminal behavior by Weinstein.
In the ensuing month, CNN confirmed that the NYPD movie had started its own investigation into sexual assault claims against the producer.

In February 2018, Metropolitan Police in London said they were investigating allegations by two additional women.

After that month, Attorney General of New York Eric Schneider filed a case against Wayneinstin and The Weinstein Company, the company stopped their plans to sell a company in a group of investors led by Maria Contrera-Sweet. New York State Lawyers claim that the studio failed to protect its employees from alleged harassment. Winnestine Company was later sold in a private equity company.

The following month, the New York State Attorney General announced that it will review the decision of Manhattan district attorney Cyrus Vance Junior, who is involved in modeling Amber Battila's Guitirez for Vanstine's alleged sexual abuse case in 2015.

A number of women have also filed a civil suit against Waynestein, accused him of having sexually assaulted. Vinestein's lawyer, Brefman, denies the claim.

Weinstein continues on himself

The New York criminal case against Waynestein became more realistic on May 25, when he came to power and accused three Fellows including rape.

"Mr. Wainstein has always maintained that he has never participated in any inexperienced sexual behavior," at the time his lawyer Breffmann said. "Nothing about today's proceedings changes Mr. Winnstein's position. He has not filed a plea for filing a sentence and is expected to be removed."

On July 9, Weinstein was not guilty of three additional sex-crime counties in New York, who brought in total six charges of total crime.

More than 80 women have now publicly accused Winnstein of unwarranted advances and rape crimes publicly.

Questions arose against the case against him

In August, the criminal case of Weinstein's criminal case came to a dramatic change when his attorney filed a motion for the removal of charges, indicating the findings of the evidence that he claims that the grand jury was not shown. Thousands of emails were released, in which some of Weinstein's assailants exchange them with friendly messages after the alleged acts of sexual assault and rape.

Emails and text messages – allegedly sent and received by Weinstein's official company account and phone – was received by their legal team this year after their legal team was granted their access to criminal defense by the judge's judge of the developer.

In October 2018, when the NYPD detective Nicholas de Gaudio was accused of witness coaching, the complaint faced obstruction, as Vinestein was charged with six offenses. In 2004, the actress was accused by Wenstein that she had forced her to have oral sex on her Tribeca office.

The Manhattan District Attorney's Office said that Digotio accused the cell phone of removing the message before turning its phones into officials. He was fired from the case.

What can happen on Thursday

Judge James Berke Brahmann is expected to rule the remaining 5 counts at the speed of expulsion against Wienstein. Brefman is arguing that "the police were abusively mistreated by misconduct."

In return, Vinestein's Attorney has requested the court to hear the evidence for conducting investigations by the police and the prosecutors.

The judge can give a hearing – or allow the case to proceed and can decide the trial date. Or they may delete all charges.

But even if a full criminal case is thrown, there are still many legal obstacles in Weinstein.

"Even if [Manhattan District Attorney] Cyrus is not able to win in the Vance Court, he (Wienstein) still faces all the civil accusations, "Attorney Levi, Attorney and Emergency Management Manager told CNN." It is not payable more than Bill Cosby. "
