Canadian musician Sam Roberts and his band will start a new year in style on December 31 as part of Berry's Downtown Countdown.

But Roberts is not the only legend that comes to the city for free New Year Eve concerts. Small and aged children can enjoy classical songs from children's fun and old award-winning Fred Pennner.
And after 30 submissions from local bands, Barry staff hired alternative rock tri Cazin Jack to work.
Free New Year Eve event includes City Hall Rink, horse-drawn vegan rides, street performers, food vendors, family activities and skating in two fireworks displays.
