CAIRO – 27 November 2018: Barcelona had its Uruguayan striker, Luis Suarez, faced for the next two weeks after injury during a 1-1 draw against Ottoco Madrid in the Spanish League on Saturday night.
The player will miss the trip to the Netherlands team against PSV Eindhoven this week in the UAA Champions League and the club hopes to become striker for the Kataran Derby against Espanyol in the league on December 8.
"Uruguay will take stem cell treatment on his right knee injury, and will be out for two weeks." Said in a club statement.
Suarez joined Arthur Melo and Jasper Killsen, who will not be available for the PSV collision.
On the other hand, Rafael Elantrara, known as Ruffila, will undergo surgery to treat left anterior cruciate ligament that will keep the player in the rest of the season.
Barcelona had lost league leadership after a draw against Eltetoco Madrid, when Sevilla won Real 1-0 by home on Sunday by Real Valladolid, a point in Barcelona was clear.
