What is Anemia?
Anemia occurs when someone does not have strong and healthy red blood cells to bring oxygen to the whole body. Blood cells may also lack enough hemoglobin, a protein that gives red blood to color. It is normal for women of childhood, elderly, African or Latino descent.
Although there is a shortage of energy for better sleep or general activities, one of the best known symptoms is fatigue, and anemia may be the root cause of memory problems or mood swings.
Symptoms do not threaten life from lighter and may include one of the following symptoms:
• Inactivity or cooling in hands and feet
• Low body temperature
Causes of anemia
Anemia affects women and people due to elderly diseases. For example, kidney disease affects the body's ability to make red blood cells. Lack of iron, folic acid or vitamin B12 also increases the risk of anemia. Some types of anemia are due to genetic factors:
1 – Lower amount of iron
Lack of care leads to anemia to eat an iron-rich diet. Gastrointestinal problems such as Crohn's disease, gastrointestinal disease, or abdominal surgery can cause iron deficiency problems. Some foods and medicines block iron absorption such as:
• Dairy products
• Another diet rich in calcium
• Calcium Replacement
2 – lack of vitamins
The body needs both vitamin B12 and folic acid to make red blood cells, and their deficiency leads to anemia sometimes. It can also prevent autoimmune disorder, or digestive problems, absorb enough B12.
3 – Anemia

It can be caused by high doses of radiation, chemical contact, virus or natural immune disorder, in which the immune system attacks the medulla. Some cases are hereditary.
The loss of many red blood cells is a common cause of anemia. Heavy menstruation, ulcer, injury, or surgery can lead to bleeding, which in turn leads to anemia.

Genetic disorders can affect the production of red blood cells in the body. Thalassemia produces the least red blood cells in the body and affects the health of hemoglobin. This condition can be treated with blood transfusion and other treatments.

Sickle cell anemia is a genetic disorder in which the body produces an unusual form of hemoglobin, which causes red blood cells to rotate in a sickle-shaped shape and connect with each other. This type of sickle makes it difficult to pass through the cardiovascular system, which results in pain and loss of body tissues.
Scientists highly recommend working to prevent some type of anemia attack by a healthy diet. Foods containing iron include red red meat, liver, fish, lentils, pulses, dark green vegetables and dried fruits. Foods which contain vitamin B12 and folic acid, such as eggs, dairy products, spinach and banana, are also recommended.
Vitamin C helps in absorbing iron in citrus, fruits and other vegetables.
Doctors warn of excessive iron sextures without medical advice, because iron in the body causes problems in the liver, heart and pancreas. Blood levels can be reduced by lemon (blood retrograde) or by medicines.
