On December 31, Michael Foron will appear before the Walsh Magistrates Court for the murder of 33-year-old Miss Jones, found dead at his flat in Windmill Crescent.
Foran, at 32, and a specific address, was arrested on Saturday afternoon in Liverpool and was transferred to West Midlands for questioning.
A 34-year-old man has already been charged for helping the offender in the case.
Inspector Warren Heince, detective inspector of the Force's murder said: "This is an important step in our interrogation.
"I thank the public and the media for their support in this investigation and I request someone with the information to proceed."
On Saturday, Kick O & # 39; Dwyer, 34, Bikonwyu Road, West Bromwich, appeared in the Walsh Magistrates' Court, accused of killing the suspect's "intent to stop the invasion."
He was remanded in police custody and appeared in Wolverhampton Crown Court on January 10. It is not expected to enter the convicted application.
Miss Jones was reported missing by his sister on Boxing Day. After discovering his body on New Year's Eve, the police said that there was "a continuous and cruel attack with arms" evidence.
